ACTION REQUESTED:
Adopt the Resolution for Dedication of Property Interests to the Town of Waxhaw.

BACKGROUND:
Union County Water has been approached by the Town of Waxhaw for the purpose of acquiring permanent and temporary easements related to the Kensington Drive Improvements project. The property interests impact the Union County owned parcel 06162001 and are required to construct and operate the improvements to Kensington Drive being undertaken by The Town of Waxhaw.
The easement interests will be conveyed via the attached instrument. All documents have been reviewed and agreed to by Union County legal staff and Town representatives.
