Authorize the County Manager to 1) execute an agreement substantially consistent with this agenda item; 2) exercise any renewal or extension term options set forth in the Agreement, and 3) terminate the Agreement if deemed in the best interest of the County, each in the County Manager’s discretion.

BACKGROUND:
Judicial Center staff have requested additional A/V needs to best facilitate court operations. The Multimedia Production Specialist worked with Inter Technologies and Judicial Center staff to identify all A/V upgrades needed for the facility. The quote for A/V equipment and installation totals $77,688.76.
Inter Technologies has been selected to provide A/V equipment and installation services for Union County needs. Inter Technologies was chosen from a list of vendors previously selected from RFP 2021-070 to provide these services.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The total cost of this task order agreement with Inter Technologies is $77,688.76. Sufficient funds are available in the capital account for Judicial Center renovations.
