ACTION REQUESTED:
Review and approve requested fee to be added to the Human Services Agency’s Department of Public Health Fee Schedule.

BACKGROUND:
The Union County Human Services Agency’s Department of Public Health requests approval to adopt a fee for CPT Code 90710- MMR - ProQuad ($347.30). MMR - ProQuad is the preferred vaccine for children age 48 months-12 years, who require one or more doses of MMR and Varicella. This will decrease the number of injections required for immunization for this age group.
This fee was reviewed and approved by the Public Health Management Team on March 5, 2024 and was also reviewed and approved by the Consolidated Human Services Board on March 11, 2024.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The revenue generated by the requested fee will assist the Human Services Agency’s Department of Public Health in covering associated clinical costs.
