ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve revision of the Union County Pay Plan to include the new job classification title and pay grade.
(A) Add the following classification and associated pay grade:
a. Crime Lab Director - pay grade 330
BACKGROUND:
Updates to the Union County Pay Plan are necessary to add, update, and remove job classification titles to align with current and future organizational needs.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
No additional funding required. Sufficient funding is included in the FY22 budget.
