ACTION REQUESTED:
Authorize the County Manager to 1) negotiate and execute an agreement substantially consistent with this agenda item, 2) exercise any renewal or extension term options set forth in the Agreement, and 3) terminate the Agreement if deemed in the best interest of the County, each in the County Manager's discretion, and 4) authorize the County Manager to execute all necessary documentation to effectuate said purchase.

BACKGROUND:
The land purchase agreement is for the purchase of approximately 1.386 acres in Fairview, identified as tax parcel number 08-189-030, currently owned by Fairview Fire and Rescue Association.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Land purchase price of $300,000. Associated closing and survey fees.
