Direct staff to submit a request to the NC General Assembly to modify the language for the State ARPA Funds for Lower Crooked Creek WRF Project to include the 12-Mile Creek WRF Project as an eligible project for these funds.

BACKGROUND:
Staff is seeking direction from the Board on whether to submit a request to the NC General Assembly to modify the language for the State ARPA Funds for Lower Crooked Creek WRF Project to include the 12-Mile Creek WRF Project as an eligible project for these funds. This would allow the County to use additional funds on a reimbursement basis to fund the expansion of 12-Mile Creek WRF.
