ACTION REQUESTED:
Adopt Resolution and Agreement for Deposit Account for BB&T/Truist in the event of personnel changes.
Authorize the Chairman, Vice Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, County Manager and appointed Finance Officer to sign the signature cards, addendums and incumbency certificates on behalf of Union County as necessary.
BACKGROUND:
In the event of a change to the Chairman or Vice Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners it will be necessary to update all banking documents.
