ACTION REQUESTED:
Authorize the County Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement substantially consistent with this agenda item.

BACKGROUND:
Paymentus provides a platform for UC Water, Building Code Enforcement and Environmental Health customers to make payments via credit card for services provided by the respective departments. This service is a convenience for individuals that would like the option to pay online. The departments have utilized the contractual services of Paymentus Corporation for web payment processing since 2016. Paymentus Corporation has been effective and efficient in meeting our web payment processing needs, and we are requesting to continue this service for an additional one year.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The anticipated annual cost for this service is $150,000 and is budgeted accordingly for FY2027.
