Receive direction from the Board of County Commissioners on projects that should be considered for placement on the November 2024 General Election Ballot.

BACKGROUND:
County departments, Union County Public Schools and South Piedmont Community College submit annually through the budget process their request for long-term capital needs.
This presentation will give an overview of major capital requests that would require a long-term financing revenue source.
This presentation will provide property tax debt models for the County as well as UCPS and SPCC to illustrate the future debt service requirements associated with individual capital project financing as well as the current outstanding debt.
