February 17, 2026, Regular Meeting, Agenda Item # 26-096 - Directed staff to work with the Land Use Board to identify potential changes to the minor subdivision process.
BACKGROUND:
The Board, at their February 17, 2026, meeting, following a discussion about minor subdivisions, directed staff to work with the Land Use Board to identify potential changes to the minor subdivision process. The Land Use Board discussed various provisions of the UDO related to minor subdivisions throughout the next several months. Staff will provide an overview of the work done by the Land Use Board and update the Board regarding the Land Use Board’s recommendations.
