BACKGROUND:
As part of the Opioid Settlement Funds, Union County is required to conduct a strategic plan every three to four years. The county’s first strategic plan covered FY2023 – FY2026. The strategic planning process for FY2027 – FY2031 is about to begin. Staff will provide the board with a quick update on the current plan, funding, and a schedule for the next strategic planning process.
