The regular meeting of the Union County Board of Commissioners scheduled for Monday, February 2, 2026, will not be held out of an abundance of caution for public safety due to inclement weather.  All items on the agenda will move to the next regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
 
Due to construction at the Union County Government Center, the primary entrance off Main Street Plaza is closed. Visitors should follow signage to the facility's temporary entrances. To learn more or to view a project map, visit ucgov.info/PardonOurProgress.

December 2, 2024, Regular Meeting, Agenda Item # 24-854 - Board added discussion regarding Senior Nutrition Home Delivery Waitlist to Business agenda.

BACKGROUND:

During the December 2, 2024, meeting of the Board of County Commissioners, the Board added an item, to the Business portion of the agenda, related to the Senior Nutrition Home Delivery Program’s Waitlist.  Based on a request from Commissioner Sides, there was a consensus among the Board for staff to bring additional information about the program back at the December 16, 2024 meeting.
