ACTION REQUESTED:
Receive presentation from Union County Public Schools (UCPS) for consideration to place a bond referendum on the November 2026 General Election ballot.

BACKGROUND:
Union County Board of Education passed a resolution at their March 10, 2026 meeting to request the Union County Board of County Commissioners place a bond referendum on the November 2026 General Election ballot for Union County Public Schools projects totaling $173,259,570.
