ACTION REQUESTED:
Receive information regarding a proposed interlocal agreement with the City of Monroe for Parking Lot Improvements.

BACKGROUND:
Union County and the City of Monroe both utilize the parking lot located off of Church Street. Over the years, this parking lot has deteriorated and is in need of both repaving and safety improvements. Staff will present a joint project between the City of Monroe and Union County to address the existing infrastructure and proposed improvements.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
$326,070 which is 50% of the total cost of improvements.
