BACKGROUND:

Union County owns certain tracts of land lying in Monroe Township and there is an old roadbed running through the Property, which terminates on property owned by the City of Monroe adjacent to the Property. Union County has been approached by the City for the purposes of the City acquiring a perpetual and non-exclusive easement interest in the Property, in order to provide ingress, egress, and regress to property owned by the City.
