BACKGROUND:
Building Code revenues have exceeded FY2026 projections, enabling the strategic allocation of surplus funds to support the development of a comprehensive Stormwater Manual.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Recognize and appropriate $150,000 in additional revenue and expenses in Building Code.
