Adopt the Resolution Amending the Name of the Eddie Cathey Community Room.
PRIOR BOARD ACTIONS:
October 13, 2022, Special Meeting - Adopted Resolution Naming the Community Room at the Sheriff’s Office the Eddie Cathey Community Room.
BACKGROUND:
The BOCC previously named the community room at the Sheriff’s Office after Sheriff Eddie Cathey due to his many years of dedication to the community and contributions to the enhancement of the quality of life in Union County. An update to the room's name is requested to more accurately reflect the room's designated usage and avoid confusion regarding its availability for use.
