ACTION REQUESTED:
1) Approve a revision of the Union County Pay and Classification Plan to include the following:
A) Adjust the following pay grades for these job classifications:
i) AMI Superintendent - move from pay grade M to pay grade Q
ii) Assistant Director, Utility Business Services - move from pay grade P to pay grade Q
PRIOR BOARD ACTIONS:
None.
BACKGROUND:
Updates to the Union County Pay Plan are necessary to add, update, and remove job classification titles to align with current and future organizational needs.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
No additional funds required.
