BACKGROUND:
Union County is required to make available for public comment and submit a Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) per 24 CFR Part 91. This report is a summary of accomplishments and actions taken for activities stated in the prior year (July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024) Action Plan. The CAPER was made available for public review and comment for a period of fifteen (15) days beginning September 11, 2024, and ending September 26, 2024. Notice of the public comment period was advertised in local newspapers and on the County’s website. There were no comments.
