Adopt the Resolution to Adopt an Amendment to the Union County Property Acquisition Policy and Procedures.

The Board previously adopted the Union County Property Acquisition Policy and Procedures.

BACKGROUND:

The Board previously adopted the Union County Property Acquisition Policy and Procedures. Staff recommends updating this document to set forth certain additional authority for the express acceptance of dedicated easements. The revised language is shown on the attachment to the proposed resolution.
