BACKGROUND:
A presentation and information will be provided by staff regarding proposed changes to the Union County Agricultural and Event Complex Licensing Policy. The Union County Agricultural & Conference Center and the Special Event Center at Jesse Helms Park licensing policies need updating for the purpose of combining the two individual locations into a single complex, reflecting the additional rentable space, and allowing events not covered by the current rental policy in place. Staff will request the Board to vote on the proposed changes at their next Regular Meeting.
