The regular meeting of the Union County Board of Commissioners scheduled for Monday, February 2, 2026, will not be held out of an abundance of caution for public safety due to inclement weather.  All items on the agenda will move to the next regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.

BACKGROUND:

This is a request for a budget transfer from the Union County Sheriff’s Office Capital Improvement Program (CIP) account to the Union County Sheriff’s Office Personnel funding. 

FINANCIAL IMPACT: 

Transfer $900,000 in available CIP funding to Union County Sheriff’s Office Personnel.
