BACKGROUND:
The Facilities & Fleet Management Department have utilized the contractual services of MSS Fire & Security LLC for Fire Alarm Testing and Related Services since October 1, 2022. The company has been effective and efficient in meeting our service needs, and we are requesting to continue this service for an additional year.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The anticipated annual cost for this service is $46,548.24 and is budgeted accordingly for FY2027.
