ACTION REQUESTED:
Adopt Resolution authorizing County Manager to donate surplus 2017 Ford F-150 Animal Service vehicle to South Piedmont Community College.
BACKGROUND:
In accordance with G.S. 160A-274, the County is authorized to convey to any other governmental unit any interest in real or personal property. The Sheriff’s Office has determined that a certain 2017 Ford F-150, further identified as County Number 36-17, is surplus, and the Sheriff’s Office now desires that the County convey this vehicle to South Piedmont Community College.
