ACTION REQUESTED:
Authorize the County Manager to 1) negotiate and execute an agreement substantially consistent with this agenda item, 2) exercise any renewal or extension term options set forth in the Agreement, and 3) terminate the Agreement if deemed in the best interest of the County, each in the County Manager's discretion.

BACKGROUND:
The Library Corporation provides support services for their software that is used by the Library to maintain our patron database and catalog. It is the primary software we use for everything pertaining to our library patrons and collections. It is important that we maintain these services in order to provide uninterrupted services to our patrons.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The anticipated cost for the library support services is $61,499.26 and is budgeted accordingly for FY2026.
