ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve the CDBG 2018 Annual Action Amendment #3.
BACKGROUND:
The CDBG 2018 Annual Action Plan is amended to reflect changes in funding transferred to future and/or ongoing projects that include decreasing the Volunteer Fire Department Support budget by $55,000 and increasing the Monroe Concord Avenue Sidewalk Improvements Phase II project by an additional $350,000 in funding. In accordance with HUD requirements, the CDBG 2018 Annual Action Plan Amendment #3 was made available for public review and comment from June 18, 2021, to July 19, 2021, and a public hearing was held to obtain comments on Monday, June 28, 2021.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The reallocation of CDBG funds will result in no additional financial impact to the County.
