PRIOR BOARD ACTIONS:

BACKGROUND:
CPOs 174C, 262A, 276B and 281B will reallocate funding sources on existing projects that are currently funded with revenue bond proceeds from the 2019A and 2021 Revenue Bond issuances. Reallocating the bond proceeds to the 853 West Zone Transmission Main project, which is nearly complete, will allow Finance to close out the construction fund bank accounts that remain open for unspent bond proceeds. This will mitigate any future arbitrage liability costs associated with the 2019A and 2021 Revenue Bonds.
All other CPOs appropriate funding as approved by the adopted water and sewer rate ordinance for FY 2025 and/or appropriates system development fees received during FY 2024.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Funding is included in the FY 2025 Adopted Water and Sewer Rate Ordinance and Adopted Budget.
