BACKGROUND:
The proposed text amendments modify the UDO by revising the UDO’s applicability requirements for minor subdivisions and clarifying the definition of “Subdivision, Minor.” This includes establishing that the eight-lot maximum applies cumulatively to the original tract as it existed on February 14, 1978, regardless of subsequent divisions by streets, rights-of-way, or other strips of land.
