ACTION REQUESTED:
Authorize the County Manager to 1) negotiate and execute an agreement substantially consistent with this agenda item, 2) exercise any renewal or extension term options set forth in the Agreement, and 3) terminate the Agreement if deemed in the best interest of the County, each in the County Manager's discretion.

BACKGROUND:
A water leak that occurred at the Human Services Agency damaged two Sharp multi-function printers. This amendment is to facilitate the replacement of these two devices and pay the cost of the damaged units.
The Information Technology Department has utilized the contractual services of Sharp Leasing USA Corp for printer supplies since October 1, 2022. Sharp Leasing USA Corp has been effective and efficient in meeting our service needs, and we are requesting to replace two damaged multi-function printers.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The anticipated annual cost for this service is $21,551.54 and is budgeted accordingly for FY2025.
