BACKGROUND:
The applicant, Monica Starnes, is requesting a variance of 12.5 feet from the 40 ft required rear setback on the property located at 6011 Austin Rd., more specifically identified by Union County as Tax Parcel Number 04-210-015. The setback requirement is in Table 5-2 R District Lot and Building Regulation - Conventional Development of the Union County Development Ordinance (“UDO”).
