BACKGROUND:
Youth Voice is a partnership between North Carolina Association of County Commissioners (NCACC) and NC 4-H Programs. One youth participant is designated each year to represent Union County at the Youth Voice event held August 9-10 in Winston Salem, NC. In order to be a participant, each candidate is required to give a presentation and take a picture with their County Commissioners at a Board of Commissioners meeting.
