ACTION REQUESTED:
Conduct Public Hearing for the FY2025 Proposed Operating and Capital Budget.

BACKGROUND:
Pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes 159-11(b) and 159-12, the FY2025 County Manager’s Proposed Operating and Capital Budget and budget message has been submitted to the Board of County Commissioners and filed with the County Clerk prior to June 1. The budget is available on the County’s website and in the Clerk to the Board’s Office for public inspection.
During today’s meeting, the County will hold the required public hearing. In addition, all appropriate advertisements and notices have occurred.
