PRIOR BOARD ACTIONS:
April 1, 2024, Regular Meeting, Agenda Item # 24-223 - Board adopted Resolution beginning the process of expanding the Wesley Chapel Fire District.
BACKGROUND:
The Wesley Chapel Fire Service District is being expanded, and the Providence Fire Service Tax District is being abolished, in accordance with Article 16 of Chapter 153A of the General Statutes. The response districts are being amended to be coterminous with the expansion/abolition as well. This public hearing is being held in accordance with that general statute.
