ACTION REQUESTED:
Receive a draft Sewer Allocation Policy and provide direction to staff to either approve staff to move to next phase of policy development or to make changes approved in the Board’s discretion.

None.
BACKGROUND:
The Board of County Commissioners received a presentation on a recommended Sewer Allocation Policy and allocation methodology at the December 14, 2023 Union County Water Work Session. After receiving additional direction from the Board, staff have continued working to develop the policy documents.
