BACKGROUND:
On February 16, 2024, the County issued a new Notice of Violation CZ-20240012 for the storage of a camper on a parcel of land without a principal residence located at 4403 Rollingwood Ln., more specifically identified by parcel number 04-309-018B. The Union County Development Ordinance allows for the storage of campers/RV’s when stored in an approved Type III Self-Storage Facility, in an approved RV park/campground or as an accessory use to the principal residential use of the property. On March 15, 2024, Mr. Rector, the property owner filed an appeal of the NOV CZ-20240012.
