BACKGROUND:

The Applicant/Agent is requesting a Special Use Permit to place a single-wide mobile home on the property located at 522 Buford Short Cut Road. The Union County Development Ordinance requires the issuance of a Special Use Permit for a single-wide to be placed on property that is in the R-40 zoning district.
