ACTION REQUESTED:
Authorize the County Manager to 1) execute an agreement substantially consistent with this agenda item, 2) exercise any renewal or extension term options set forth in the Agreement, and 3) terminate the Agreement if deemed in the best interest of the County, each in the County Manager's discretion.

BACKGROUND:
Per the Hart InterCivic, Inc. contract for the purchase of the Verity Voting System, the Board of Elections must renew the license and support subscriptions annually. The renewal cost of $68,827.00 is for the term period February 01, 2024 - January 31, 2025.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The anticipated cost for the Hart InterCivic Voting System Software License Subscription is $68,827.00 and is budgeted accordingly for FY2024.
