BACKGROUND:
This case is a request to amend the Zoning Map of Union County by rezoning one 3.22 acre parcel of land appearing on the tax map as tax parcel 03-156-016 in the Lanes Creek Township from a combination of RA-40 and B-2 to RA-40. The applicant requests the rezoning to bring the entire property under the same zoning classification, as of right now it is split between two zoning districts.
